Dinner & Dessert

We ate a pizza dinner Friday night in Beaver Bay at one of the only places to eat in town.

Making a fire in the fireplace. Akiko did not know what a fireplace was. They don't have them in Japan. She also had never had smores.

The kids played games waiting for the fire...

A roaring fire at last..

Logan and I found some nice green sticks outside on the tree. Celina thought the new sticks made the perfect toasted marshmallow so we had to bring the sticks home.

Akiko liked the smores and brought marshmallows, and gram cracker covered in chocolate back home to make some for her family.
