Lesson 2 Fondant & Gum Paste
Here's my carrot cake with fondant. We practiced a few different techniques so my cake is a little funny how it's decorated. We'll eat it tomorrow and see how it tastes!! I think I'm still going to like cream cheese frosting with carrot cake.
