I made homemade bread, tried to make pasta and chocolate molten cakes. Steve made the salad of tomatoes & radishes in a vinegar sauce. This was our 7 th wedding anniversary on May 22nd.

Exercise: (clean 2-1/2 hours) ran around with track day helping out from 9:30 - 11:30,
150 crunches, 1oo leg lifts
Ate: (b-fast) bagel (lunch) Beef Jerky(dinner) salad, pasta & 2 chicken wings, 1 slice bread w/butter.
