Motto: (am) Bagel (noon) Hot dog- picnic lunch 1 cookie & sm cup cake, 5 chips(eve) chicken taco, few corn chips with mostly tomatoes & lettuce on top, slushie, 1 mikes, 1 blueberry Martini, 1 slice of lemon bread. Not a good diet day!!
Exercise: 2 hr exercise, mow lawn 1 hr., 150 situps, 150 leg lifts.
