One of my Life Motto's I wrote in a blog is to be healthy and Happy and Fit. So I'm working on the fit part. I'll include daily my exercising, what I ate. Maybe by making this public I can tackle the baby weight I've put on the last 7 years. It's time to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight or close to that. I'll be reporting my pounds that I drop as time goes on. My goal is to not be on a diet but to make healthy choices from now on. This should keep me going and honest with my progress. So... if you don't see an update ASK, it will help!!
Food: (am) Cinnamon raisin bagel 250 cal (noon) popcorn 100 cal(eve) will have pasta, tomato sauce, 1 slice of bread and a sliver of hard salami with a small salad and a taste of dessert.
Exercise: Cleaned for 3-1/2 hours, 150 crunches, 100 leg lifts and baked all afternoon (bread, pasta noodles and chocolate molten cake) then I cleaned my house for another half hour.

Hi Mom... if you look at the difference between someone who is healthy and one who is not- you see that the healthy person has a lifestyle of eating healthy- not going on "diets".
Oh yeah... I had some embarassing moments yesterday...
Embarassing moment #1: at my anatomy lecture, I heard my professor say "we had enough money this year to get real human skulls" and so I didn't think about it from then on... I went to my lab class and we had to go get the skulls out of the closet... I started to freak out because I didn't have gloves and then I was handed one by a girl in my class and so I took it and held it so akwardly and brought it to my table with 3 other girls. They were watching me set it ever so carefully on the table and looking freaked out. THEN, the professor was like "MSU has the best PLASTIC skulls" and they are so close to the actual one and all look different. I was laughing and told everyone I was thinking it was real!
#2-okay, think of that guy with long blonde hair that does the infomercials- that is what I saw inside a classroom I had to go to for horsemanship. A girl in my class was sitting outside the door (which was kind of open) and she asked me if anyone was in there and I said "some guy" well... we walked in the classroom and I saw it was a WOMAN, I think she heard me!
Today, I had my first horsemanship class at Meadowbrook Stables. INSIDE THE TOP "HOUSE" THING WHERE GROSS COUCHES WERE WE WATCHED A MOVIE ABOUT HORSES AND IT STUNK SO BAD LIKE CAT PEE AND CIGARETTES. All of us looked at each other and were so grossed out!
